Let’s get back to the basics!

Have you ever been to a doctors office or lawyers office & they’re talking to you in terms you’ve never heard of?

You could guess what they meant but at some points in the conversation you may have felt like they were speaking a foreign language!

Keep that in mind when you’re talking to your potential customers online!

Most of us forget there were things we didn’t know when we started in our industry! Once you’re engulfed in that industry certain terms are everyday language, but a person on the outside doesn’t understand!

Need a content idea for this week? Make a post defining terms you use frequently in business that the average consumer wouldn’t know. Here’s an example:

The goal is to educate your audience and you can easily do that by defining terms, making them feel confident in your knowledge of your industry.

Who Are You?

Chances are you’re not the only person in your industry that provides the products or services that you offer.

So, what makes you so different? Why should your dream client choose you over the next person?

If you can’t answer that question then your audience surely can’t.

Take time today to make a list of 10 things that make you unique and different.

Record a Reel for Instagram that expresses one of these to share a little more about yourself to your audience.

Well would you look at that! Looks like you just got 10 pieces of content for the rest of the month!

If you’re shy, just remember: People don’t buy brands they buy PEOPLE! They buy from who they can see themselves as, who they can relate to or people who are where they want to be.
