How do you know it’s time to hire a Social Media Manager?

You may think ready to pass on that task, but if you want to get the most out of hiring a social media manager, keep reading!
In my opinion, if you’re not creating consistent video content, I’d say, No, you don’t need to hire a Social Media Manager (SMM).
If you hire a SMM to post content…
but don’t provide them with consistent content to post…
um, what’s the point of that? To give away money?

It’s better to get in the habit of consistently creating content by yourself, then passing that off to the SMM.
They’ll be able to go through your past content to better understand your messaging and convey your tone.
Also, if you provide your SMM with everything up front it will take stress away from you, make it easier for them to do their job which gives you the highest possible return on your investment! 🙌🏽
