When was the last time something was posted on your social media account? Last week? Last month? Last year?
Posting consistent content online is the easiest way to let your potential future clients know that you are in business. That’s super important, because many businesses have had to closed their doors due to the Covid-19 pandemic. You don’t want to lose out on an amazing case simply because they went to your Facebook page and saw nothing has been posted in almost a year!
It can seem overwhelming to post consistently online, but don’t let it stress you out! Here are some tips to help make posting a breeze!:
#1 Remember “Consistently” does not have to be everyday!
It’s true, the more content you post the more a potential client has to interact with on you page. However, with these ever-changing algorithms and new platforms popping up seemingly out of nowhere, social media experts waiver on the amount you should post to attract clients. If you can’t post everyday (because
you’re busy practicing law) at least post a minimum of 3 times per week.
#2 Hire a Graphic Designer
Now that you know HOW often you want to post online, now you need to know WHAT content you’re going to post. Don’t stress! There are literally thousands of graphic designers ready to create your dream graphics and they’re not hard to find! I have personally found amazing graphic designers for any budget on contract sites like Fiverr and UpWork. The best part is that the contractor isn’t paid until you approve of the work so you don’t have to worry about them taking your money and not delivering the work!
#3 Create a posting schedule
Once you have the content it’s time to post! But being that you already have a laundry list of things to do for your firm each day, and posting on social media is nowhere near the top of the list. Thats perfectly fine! Create a posting schedule for your content, draft up you captions and schedule the time you want it to post. Think “Set it & forget it!” There are so many programs that allow you to schedule your social media posts, like Hootsuite, Planoly, Social Bee & Buffer. If you’re not interested in downloading any new apps Facebook Business now allows you to schedule posts as well!
